This suite is a dedicated guest accommodation, offering a comfortable king-size bed with fresh linen and towels. The space is warmly carpeted and equipped with a heater, heated towel rail, ceiling fan, and insect screens on the windows. For your comfort, it includes a table and chairs along with two armchairs.

A self-serve continental breakfast is included, featuring teas, coffees, juice, fresh fruit, cereals, homemade greek yoghurt and rye bread toast with butter and jams. Rye/spelt, or gluten-free bread can be provided on request (gluten free and dairy free substitutes request when booking). The suite is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, an electric jug, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator.

Guests have their own separate front access. The suite is surrounded by a peaceful garden filled with birdsong and offers views across the Hauraki Plains to the hills in the west, and to the north, the Coromandel Ranges and The Pinnacles. The property is gated and fully fenced for security and privacy.

Additional features include a garage for storing bicycles and motorcycles, with off-road vehicle parking directly in front of the suite. For those travelling for work, an ergonomic office chair can be provided on request, and the suite is well-suited for both business and holiday stays.

At the front of the unit, in spring summer And  autumn, guests enjoy exclusive use of a patio with a table, chairs, umbrella, and a barbecue (available on request). Visitors are also welcome to relax in the garden areas during the daytime.
